Soluble Science: Tie Dyeing with Chromatography
Students will learn about chromatography, a term that refers to different lab techniques used for the separation of mixtures, generally for the purpose of identification. They will then put their newly gained knowledge into action to tie dye t-shirts (provided) using the process of chromatography.

Cupcake Decorating (1st session only)
We'll provide the cupcakes, you provide the imagination! Learn how to create your own inspired cupcake designs using buttercream and fondant. Make a unique sweet treat for yourself or a friend. Then take home the finished product and enjoy! *Please let us know of any food allergies.*

Nature Connection
Join Everyone Outside for outdoor movement and games geared toward connecting with the animals and plants native to Connecticut. Learn appreciation for our forest friends as you try to walk like a fox, hide like a chipmunk and run like a deer. Learn about useful plants that grow in our area and make your own forest tea.

Environmental Stewardship Made Fun
Students will be led by Middletown High's Environmental Club members to make solar ovens out of either shoe boxes or pizza boxes AND they will make Wildflower Seed Bombs.

Karate and Self-Defense for Kids
This class will cover the fundamentals of karate and self-defense in a safe and fun environment. Practicing Karate promotes fitness, self-confidence, self-discipline, a positive attitude, and self-defense. Please dress comfortably.

Board Games Galore!
Kids will have an opportunity to try out some new board games, test their adventure skills and more in this fun, interactive and playful workshop.
